Reading Programs for All Ages
The Library's Reading Clubs encourage participants to read a variety of books and win prizes. Reading Clubs happen in the winter and the summer. Check the Library's "Calendar of Events" for specific dates.
Children's Reading Clubs are designed for kids from pre-school through fifth grade. Each child who signs up will receive a reading log for recording books read. Prizes are given to club members who complete and turn in their reading log. Club members are also eligible for the grand prize drawing at the end of the Reading Club.
Teen Reading Clubs are designed for kids sixth through twelfth grade. Each teen who signs up will receive a reading log for recording books read. Prizes are given to club members who complete and turn in their reading log. Club members are also eligible for the grand prize drawing at the end of the Reading Club.
Adult Reading Clubs are open to anyone 18 or older. Each person who signs up will receive a reading log for recording books read. Prizes are given to club members who complete and turn in their reading log. Club members are also eligible for the grand prize drawing at the end of the Reading Club.
Participants may sign up for reading clubs at the Main & Fairmount Street locations.
