1000 Books Before Kindergarten

1000Books-Header-TransparentBG.png

The 1000 Books Before Kindergarten program is free and lets families read at their own pace. It helps babies, toddlers, and little kids get ready for school by building strong reading skills. Reading lots of books now can help them do well later in life!

Reading with your child helps them grow!

When you read books, sing songs, and talk with your child, it helps them learn new words and get ready for school. It also helps you and your child feel close and makes reading fun for life!

How the Program Works
