Reserve a Room

 

You can use meeting or study rooms at any Davenport Public Library location!

Before you ask for a room, please read the Meeting Room Rules. They tell you:

  • When you can book a room
  • What you can use the room for
  • If there are any costs (it's free for nonprofits!)

Reserve a Space at the Main Library

Meeting Room B

  • Fits: 32 people (regular setup) or up to 100 people
  • Tech stuff:
    • Projector (connect with HDMI, VGA, or AirServer)
    • 3 big screens
    • Microphone
    • Listening devices
    • Blu-ray player
 

Meeting Room C

  • Fits: 16 people (regular setup) or up to 20 people
  • Tech stuff:
    • Projector (connect with HDMI, VGA, or AirServer)
    • 3 LCD screens
    • Microphone
    • Listening devices
    • Blu-ray player
    • Glassboard
  • NEW! This room has been completely refurbished and includes a conference-style table with power and a glassboard.
 

Study Rooms

  • 4 rooms available
  • Fits: Up to 5 people in each room
  • Tech stuff:
    • LCD screen (connect with AirServer)
    • Whiteboard in every room

Reserve a Space at the Fairmount Branch

SCRA Room

  • Fits: 24 people (regular setup) or up to 80 people
  • Tech stuff:
    • Projector (connect with HDMI, VGA, or AirServer)
    • LCD screen
    • Blu-ray player
    • Whiteboard
 

Brooke Room

  • Fits: 12 people (regular setup) or up to 35 people
  • Tech stuff:
    • Projector (connect with HDMI, VGA, or AirServer)
    • Projector screen
    • Blu-ray player
    • Whiteboard
  • Note: You can open the wall between the SCRA Room and Brooke Room to make one big space. You’ll need to book both rooms.

 

Study Rooms

  • 2 rooms available
    • Large Study Room: Fits up to 6 people
      • Screen (connect with AirServer)
      • Whiteboard
    • Small Study Room: Fits up to 2 people
      • No screen
      • Whiteboard

  • Fits: 30 people (regular setup) or up to 96 people

Meeting Room B

  • Fits: 30 people (regular setup) or up to 96 people
