Propose a Program

Thank you for your interest in partnering with Davenport Public Library in order to present a program to our community. We welcome proposals for programs which support our mission to connect a diverse community to resources that educate, enrich, and entertain. Please carefully read all of the following information and complete the application below in full in order to have your request reviewed. Due to high volume of proposals, library staff will not contact applicants with incomplete applications or whose proposed programs are not in alignment with The Library’s mission, vision, and policies.

Please note:

• All programs must be free and open to the public.
• All programs must be in alignment with the Library’s Mission and Vision.
• All programs must be in alignment with the Library’s Programming Policy; please read this policy in full before completing the application below.
• All proposals must be submitted 4-6 months in advance of the proposed program date.
• All presenters for youth programming must undergo a police background check.
